Everything A Launch Includes

Six things every launch gets, from the curve that prices it on the first block to the withdrawal that pays your fees out on another chain.

01

A Pons V2 Bonding Curve:

Your token and its curve are deployed in one transaction and trade in the same block.

Price comes from the curve's reserves, so there is no order book, no seeded pool and nobody able to pull one.

What that means:

  • A fixed supply of one billion, all of it held by the curve.
  • Liquidity locked by Pons until the curve reaches its graduation threshold.
  • Graduation into a Uniswap v4 pool, using the quote the curve accumulated.

In practice:

There is no window where your token exists but cannot be traded, and no allocation held back for anyone.

Nothing to vest, nothing to unlock.

02

A Creator Tax
You Choose:

A creator tax between zero and ten percent, on every buy and every sell.

It is taken off the quote leg of the trade, which is why the rate behaves the same in both directions.

What that means:

  • One of five rates: zero, one, two, five or ten percent.
  • Set once at launch and fixed for the life of the token.
  • Readable on the curve contract, so buyers can check it before they trade.

In practice:

Pick the rate you would still be happy with if the token traded ten times more than you expect, because it cannot be tuned later.

03

Fees In The Token You Picked:

Your creator fees do not have to be paid in the chain's gas token.

At launch you pick a backing token, and withdrawals are routed into it and delivered on its own chain.

What that means:

  • Around sixty chains, from Ethereum and Solana to Base and BNB Chain.
  • Stablecoins, bitcoin, ether, majors and community tokens, or a pasted address.
  • Only routes Relay can actually take, checked again on the server at launch.

In practice:

On an EVM chain the payout address is the wallet you launched from. Anywhere else, including Solana, you supply it at launch and it cannot be changed.

04

Fee Sharing With
Holders:

Hand your holders a fixed share of every fee you earn.

A launch that shares fees goes through our factory, which deploys a vault and makes it the fee recipient on Pons.

What that means:

  • The share is stored on the vault in basis points and applied to every harvest.
  • Holders are paid against a snapshot rebuilt from the token's transfer history.
  • The curve, the pool, its locker and the vault are excluded, so rounds go to people rather than back to the protocol.

In practice:

Neither you nor we can change the split afterwards, which is the entire point of putting it in a contract rather than in a thread.

05

A Token Page From
Block One:

Every launch gets its own page the moment the transaction confirms.

No listing, no approval and no waiting for an aggregator to notice it.

What that means:

  • A live chart and on-curve trading from the first block.
  • Curve progress against the graduation threshold.
  • The holder list, and the vault's balances when fees are shared.

In practice:

Everything on the page is read from the chain rather than reported by us, so there is nothing on it you have to take our word for.

06

Claim And
Withdraw

Fees accrue in the Pons escrow against the recipient set at launch. Claiming moves the balance; withdrawing routes it into your backing token and sends it to an address on that token's chain.

What that means:

  • A claim takes the whole balance, so there is no partial claim to make a small one worthwhile.
  • Withdrawal is a routed swap, with its own cost on top of the claim.
  • Both scale badly against small balances, so let fees build before moving them.

In practice:

On a launch that shares fees the recipient is the vault, so your share sits in its creator pool rather than in the escrow. Same money, one contract along.

One fee to launch.

No cut of your supply.

The launch fee is 0.0005 ETH, plus gas on Robinhood Chain.

We take no share of your token's supply, and no percentage of your creator fees.
What you set at launch is what the contracts do, for as long as the token exists.
Your token.
Your fees.
Anywhere.

Frequently Asked Questions

Structuring claims in [Pharmaceuticals]
We speak your technical language

Why can nothing be edited after launching?

Because the token everyone else sees should be the one you launched. If the description or the fee rate could change after people bought, every buyer would have to check whether it had.

How does a holder split actually pay out?

The vault harvests fees from the escrow and divides each harvest by your holder share. The holder portion is published as a round against a snapshot of who held the token at a given block, and holders claim their share from it.

Why not just launch on Pons directly?

You can, and a launch that keeps all of its fees goes straight to Pons anyway. What Pair Pad adds is the backing token, the cross-chain payout and the holder split, none of which Pons does on its own.

What happens when the curve graduates?

Once the curve's accumulated quote reaches its threshold, that quote becomes the liquidity of a Uniswap v4 pool and the pool becomes the market. Your creator tax, backing token and holder share are unaffected.

What if my launch transaction fails?

A reverted transaction deploys nothing and takes no launch fee, so retrying is clean. If it confirmed but we could not record it, the token exists on-chain regardless and recording is retried.
